1/2 day Tahaa coral garden - departure Raiatea / ideal for cruise passengers

Great 1/2 day from Raiatea. The boat left on time and took about 40min to get to the site. We did the snorkel twice. The guide was very good. No need for flippers just reef shoes. We took our own mask and snorkel but they have them if you don’t.
We had bananas and cake on the boat after.

Raiatea to Taha’a drift

Excellent view of the coral reefs and fishes. Easy boat ride to the Coral gardens. Fruit and juice provided after the snorkeling. We had enough time to pass through the coral gardens twice. Excellent clarity of water.

Beautiful drift snorkeling along the inlet, lots of colorful fish, coral and plants

What an incredible day we had on this tour! We started with a fast and scenic boat ride to our snorkeling spot! Once we arrived, there were huts over the most turquoise water EVER! We anchored and then walked on the island to our ‘put in’ spot to ‘drift snorkel’! What an incredible experience! I have snorkeled in SO MANY places, but this was a first for drift snorkeling….I LOVED IT! The water was crystal clear and there were so many fish, beautiful coral, and amazingly brilliant colored clams!
Our guides Ben & Joe were awesome! They were so patient with some of the ‘newbies’!

Amazing snorkeling!!

Wonderful!!! Our lovely hosts took us over to the Coral Garden just off Taha’a Island. Just a magnificent experience! Brilliant easy snorkelling across beautiful coral and vibrant sea life, and lovely kind people making the day extra special. Highly recommended!

Best ever snorkeling 

A very interesting drift snorkeling experience! You just float and snorkel along with the current, so it doesn’t take much effort, and you can see many beautiful fish and marine life along the way. The guide was also very professional and responsible, taking great care of every guest. Water shoes are a must. Flip-flops are acceptable, but they’re not convenient for walking in the water. Crocs work really well. Highly recommended! 很有意思的漂流浮潜项目。 一路顺着水流浮潜漂流，不费什么力气，可以看到很多漂亮的鱼和海洋生物。 导游也很认真负责，照顾好每一位客人。 水鞋是必须的，夹趾拖鞋可以，但是不方便水中行走，crocs鞋子很好。推荐！

Thea was our guide. He was beyond awesome! He speaks English very well which is helpful. His knowledge of the area and history was appreciated. And the coral and fish were breathe taking!

Awesome experience!

Really good snorkeling. We did the drift twice which was great because it goes quite fast with the current. The boat ride is really nice. We even saw some dolphins on the way back. It was busy as there was the cruise ship tours, but it still not to miss. 

Unique and amazing experience 

This was a wonderful experience. Michael and Laurence were fabulous. Took us to a beautiful spot and highlighted many different fish for us. Can’t say enough good things about them and their efforts on our behalf. Would certainly recommend this!!

This snorkeling trip was awesome! Ben and Michael were great. Saw alot of different fish, turtle,coral etc. Definitely would recommend!
