We found TripShock through the Trip Advisor app. We were looking for different tours and this one had the time we wanted at a good price.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked the day before.

Why did you choose this activity?

I have always been fascinated with learning the history of the New Orleans Catholic Church cemetery.

How did you get to the activity location?

We drove. The streets in New Orleans in that area are small and parking was very slim. We found a public parking lot which was a few blocks from the location.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

Our walking tour guide was great. Unfortunately, I forgot her name. But I learned she’s from Alabama, just like us, which made the tour even more wonderful. We shared laughs, drinks, and stories.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

We love the city of New Orleans and it was just wonderful. Our guide talked with us about her stay in New Orleans and her love for the city, too. We learned about the music of the city, and she told us of upcoming performances coming to town. I am an Auburn fan and my husband is a LSU fan. Having a tour guide as an Alabama fan was so hilariously entertaining.

I was sad to hear of the grave robberies that occurred at this cemetery and the disrespect shown by Hollywood movie companies. Overall I really loved it and can’t wait to go back.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

Yes, I would recommend it. The group I was in consisted people in their mid twenties to late thirties. We all had a blast. Some of them actually did this same tour the night before. They enjoyed it and the tour guide so much, they came back the next morni
