I booked one day before the actual tour.

Why did you choose this activity?

We wanted to learn more about the history of New Orleans. We also liked the time it was being offered and length of tour. It was just right.

How did you get to the activity location?

We walked from our hotel.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

Our tour guide, Ernie, was very knowledgeable and funny. Because it was an outdoor walking tour, it can be challenging to hear what the tour guide is saying. That was not the case with Ernie.

He made sure we gathered closed enough, and spoke loud enough so everyone could hear. He was funny and made the tour very interesting.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

The best way to experience a tour is by walking because you see more than riding on a car or bus. The memories we will take home are of the people we met in our group from other states/countries.

Our tour guide, Ernie, made this tour a fun experience and engaging. He was funny and knowledgeable and made great book recommendations.

We really enjoyed the visit to the cemetery. Getting to learn about the different method of burial was very interesting.

The greatest memory was sharing this experience with my daughter and sister. We talked about this tour after we were done are now my sister wants to visit New Orleans with her family.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

I would highly recommend this tour to any families with teens and visitors who are interested in learning more about New Orleans.
