Our Ghost Tour was Full of Spirits and Spirits

How did you discover this activity?

I was searching for fun ghost and cemetery tours. I was thrilled to find a tour that included ghosts and cemeteries on a bus, since it was at night. It also included a tavern stop to help calm our nerves as we walk the graves!

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked our tour just a day before flying to New Orleans. We were watching the weather to ensure we could do the tour.

Why did you choose this activity?

It was my daughter’s 18th birthday, and she loves the supernatural. What better city than New Orleans to explore the supernatural with cemetery walks and ghost tours!

How did you get to the activity location?

We used Uber to get around the city. We were there for a weekend, so it was not worth renting a car.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

Our tour guide, Roy, was so knowledgeable about the history of New Orleans, but also told us how to capture pictures with our phones of the spirits roaming the cemetery. He played the best music on the bus to get us ready for ghost hunting. He made the whole night so much fun!

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

Taking this tour was the highlight of our weekend in New Orleans. We were lucky to have Roy as our tour guide for both our tours. We were there to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday, and she loves the supernatural, so it worked out perfect to have these tours as part of the celebration.

I would highly recommend doing these tours when visiting New Orleans. I am originally from New Orleans, and had never done a tour of the cemeteries before, but had always wondered about the way the dead are buried. New Orleans is so rich in history, and our tour guide Roy just happened to have a degree in history, so he was able to include so much history, but at the same time made it come to life. Both my kids aged 18 and 24 enjoyed the tour.
