How did you discover this activity?

TripShock popped up for me on Facebook while we were in Gulf Shores. I looked at the activities they offered and decided to book a dolphin cruise.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked our tour the day before we went.

Why did you choose this activity?

We had done dolphin tours before in other areas and weren’t impressed, but a local told us we HAD to book one in Gulf Shores, so we decided to give it another try.

How did you get to the activity location?

It was an easy 15-minute drive from the condo we were staying in. Directors were clear, and the bright yellow boat was easy to find.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

Captain Jeremy was so much fun. He safely handled the boat while entertaining everyone on board. The rest of the crew was friendly and helpful as well.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

This dolphin cruise was one of the highlights of our trip to Gulf Shores. To be honest, the dolphins were not even the best part. The crew made the trip fun, but the best part was the birds! Lucy the macaw entertained us on board, and then the many gulls flying behind the ship made for such a fun experience. They ate straight from our hands. The sunset was beautiful, the music was fun, and overall, it was a great way to spend the evening.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

We highly recommend this tour. My husband and I had a great time, as did our kids, who are 15 and 13 (not easy ages to please!). The younger kids on the boat seemed to enjoy themselves as well. We would definitely sail on the Sunny Lady again.
