We were walking down Decatur and I saw the big boat. It was so pretty and the music coming from the boat was AMAZING.

We booked our tickets the same day.

Why did you choose this activity?

It was a boat! I was tired of walking and decided to take the tour, plus my mom and my husband had never been on a boat!

We drove there.

It was great! They were all very friendly, and captain’s room downstairs had tons of yummy stuff!

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

Everything was great! The horn, the steamboat, the people, the history; everything was beautiful and relaxing. Drinks and food were very reasonably priced, also! Even the family photo for purchase is a steal, we were amazed and loved it.

My honey is afraid of water and boats, and even he was ok with this ride. Try it and you won’t regret it! We walked the entire boat, the engine room, and downstairs; there was so much! They also have lunch and dinner, so we purchased food separate, but the food was amazing and the drinks were strong.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

Yes, I would recommend this to everyone. The history, the views, the Mississippi River; this experience should be a must in New Orleans!
