When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked approximately 3 months in advance.

Why did you choose this activity?

We wanted to view the sunset away from Mallory Docks, as it can become very crowded, and this seemed like it would be a fun trip.

How did you get to the activity location?

We rented a 6-person golf cart, and used it to get around Key west.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

The captain was great. He was able to get around several other boats and put us into an excellent position to view the sunset. The crew on-board was excellent! They never let our cups get empty, and the food service was great.

They were very pleasant to deal with. They were funny, entertaining, and seemed to really enjoy their jobs and interacting with us. Overall, an excellent crew!

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

The trip, from start to finish, was great. From the moment we arrived, we felt safe. We were given a brief before boarding the boat that was informative, but didn’t last long. Nothing was left out, and we were able to board very quickly.

Once on board, the crew made us feel welcome, and that they genuinely wanted us there, and that we were not a hinderance. They interacted with us in a very polite, but professional, manner the whole trip. The crew never let our cups get empty, and made sure we had plenty to eat. And the food and drinks were wonderful!

The band started playing as soon as we pulled away from the dock. The musicians were great, as well. The music made the trip that much more enjoyable. The harbor was very busy that day, but the captain was able to maneuverer us around all the obstacles in a professional and safe manner.

He placed us in an excellent position to view the sunset. We went to Mallory Docks the night before, but it was extremely crowded. This made us feel much safer, and the view was much better. Once the sun went down, the captain brought us back to the docks where we unloaded.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

The trip was, by far, one of our most memorable experiences we had in Key West. I would highly recommend it to everyone who plans on going to Key West.
