<p><strong>How to Redeem:</strong> Print this ticket or show the confirmation details from your mobile device for pontoon rental. Please have a valid ID with you to confirm your order if needed.</p>
<p><strong>Parking:</strong> Public parking is available for free.</p>
<p><strong>Departure Details:</strong> Meet at the Destiny Water Adventures booth at 322 Miracle Strip Parkway, Fort Walton Beach, FL, 32548. Guests will need to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure to check in if they have taken the boater's test. Arrive 1 hour before departure time if you plan to take the test on-site. For any issues, please contact your provider, Destiny Water Adventures, at 850-786-1888.</p>
<p><strong>Boater’s License:</strong> A Temporary Florida Boater’s License is recommended and may be required for your activity! All drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, MUST obtain a license. Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, may operate a boat or personal watercraft without a Florida Boater License, so long as they have a valid driver’s license. However, in the interest of safety, we recommend that all drivers take the test and familiarize themselves with important boat safety rules. <p><strong>Gratuities:</strong> Although not required, it is appreciated and encouraged to tip your dock hands.</p>

We had a great experience. The whole process was easy and enjoyable.

The staff were very nice and friendly. 

Unfortunately we had issues with the quality of the boat. The back gate wasn't easy to secure/safely open and close. (And with small kids this made us very nervous) The boat was missing the necessary fin to block water coming on board continually. We had a river running down the middle of the boat the whole time. We traded it in midday which they promptly allowed (very accommodating) and we appreciated. But this took time out of our rental and resulted in a smaller boat/less seating. I wish there had been service recovery for that. Especially since this is a known issue among staff. 

I also think we should have been notified that we would be asked for additional money for damage insurance at the point of check in. ($50) With a large group splitting cost that was an added expense no one was prepared for and a less than fun start. 

The port-a-potties were full and super gross. The parking lot was also not great. 

All in all we made it work because a day on the water is always fun but I don't feel that we would repeat it due to those issues. It was a big expense to have those things going on.

Had great service and a wonderful time on our boat ride’!!! Quick trip to Crab Island! Highly recommend!!

<p>We have been wanting to go to Crab Island and our best friends were in town.</p>

<p>We drove an easy drive from Miramar Beach.</p>

<p>Kevin the owner is amazing and they are pet friendly. We were able to take our fur baby at no extra charge!</p>
<h2>Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?</h2>
<p>We had the best time on the water and at crab island. We swam and played football in the crystal clear water. The kids who are all 14-16 yrs old had a blast too! We snorkeled and saw a pod of dolphins on the way back in doing complete flips out of the water.</p>
<p>Crab island is one big party and it’s so worth the experience. We will definitely be booking again soon with Tripshock and Destiny Watersports.</p>
<h2>Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?</h2>
<p>Yes, I would absolutely recommend this! Fun, fun, fun! Memorable and affordable!   Not a lot of pet friendly things to do in the area but Destiny Watersports is!</p>
