When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked this adventure a week before our travel date.

Why did you choose this activity?

My husband and I were traveling to the area with several of our adult children. We wanted to enjoy an experience that we haven’t done before. We have seen Crab Island many times, so we took this opportunity to take the kids out and enjoy the afternoon.

How did you get to the activity location?

We took a short drive from Destin into Fort Walton Beach, because all of the Destin pontoons were already taken. The rental facility is right on Miracle Strip, and very easy to get to.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

Jesse and Vlad were both great at what they did. They explained the boat operations, the entire process of coming and going, topped us off with gas, and made sure we were comfortable before we left the dock. While at Crab Island, an employee of Xtreme H20 came by to check in and ensure that we had everything we needed to have a safe, enjoyable day.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

The ride from Fort Walton Beach to Crab Island took about 15 minutes or so. The whole family just kicked back and enjoyed the trip while my husband drove. Crab Island has a lot of activities, food vendors, and even float vendors if you didn’t bring one.

My daughter rented a kayak and road around a bit while there, and made friends with other travelers in the area. It is like one really big party in the water. The guys in our group tossed around a football, and we had a small lunch on the pontoon.

It can be really relaxing or really exciting. It just depended on what you are into. The party was there if you wanted, or you could lay back on the pontoon and soak up some rays.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

I would absolutely recommend this activity. It’s a great way to do something unique and have an awesome experience. Everyone in our group enjoyed their time on the pontoon.
