<p><strong>Parking:</strong> Free parking is available on-site. It costs $10.00 for the months of May-August. </p>
<p><strong>Departure Details:</strong> Your rental departs from 1201 B Miracle Strip Parkway SE, Fort Walton Beach, Florida 32548. Arrive 1 hour before departure time if you plan to take the test on-site. The rental departs on time. For any issues, please contact the provider, Powerup Watersports, at 850-461-1034.</p>
<p><strong>Boater’s License:</strong> A Temporary Florida Boater’s License is recommended and may be required for your activity! All drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, MUST obtain a license. Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, may operate a boat or personal watercraft without a Florida Boater License, so long as they have a valid driver’s license. However, in the interest of safety, we recommend that all drivers take the test and familiarize themselves with important boat safety rules. <p><strong>Gratuities:</strong> Although not required,  it is always appreciated and encouraged to tip.</p>

Pontoon was great!  Costumer service great as well!  Would definitely look them up in the future!

Pontoon provides was perfect.  Check-in was  not fully explained. Looking at the instructions, it didn’t explain that very person had to fill out a waiver.  Then it asked for ID for the kids. Little did we know that if you fill in a  birthdate to young Doran ID that the form just skip over that part. So we weren’t able to fill out the  waivers till we got there. A bit of a  line to checkin. Once the paperwork was finalized, get the pontoon boat was  easy.  With 11 people on the boat, the 70 HP motor was a tad small but sufficient.  Our trip to Crab Island was fine and and operating the boat was fine.  Had a great time.  Return was easy and we just walked off the boat with our stuff.  Staff was great.

The staff was very friendly, boat was clean and ready when we arrived. Upon returning, staff was waiting and very helpful in docking and helped in getting our gear to the car.
On the bad side, restrooms at the office were disgusting and unsanitary.

The boat they gave us was horrible. The umbrella kept wouldn’t stay connected to the boat. They gave us an speak to use while on the water however it didn’t work but for 30 mins due to burnt out battery. I wouldn’t recommend them. Theirs so many other place to choose from.

We're so sorry to read this.  We pride ourselves on our boats and customer service.  Our boats radios don't always work due to the saltwater so we do offer bluetooth speakers as a courtesy to our guests but always recommend bringing your own. Sometimes the batteries on the speakers don't last for the entire 8 hours you're on the water.  Occasionally we are able to bring you a new radio out to you.  As far as the boat's condition, our boats are no more than 2 years old and we don't have any with umbrellas.... I'm not sure what was going on there. We have Bimini tops but they are all in top condition.  We do wish you the best of luck should you visit our area again and hope that you do give us another chance.

<p>Loved the ice cream (truck) boat and finding hermit crabs in the shallows. The family had a great time swimming around and had plenty of space to stretch out on the boat.</p>
<p>The staff was friendly and helped us get out in the water. They also helped us park after wards as there was a lot of traffic in the area. I felt like they made the process very easy and painless for us. The staff answered our questions and provided all the safety gear we needed.</p>

<p>Yes, I would recommend it. It was easy to use the boat, and everyone had a great experience on the water.</p>
