When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked the day before the event.

Why did you choose this activity?

It was not only Father’s Day, but also my husband’s birthday, and we wanted to do something with our 16-year-old son.

How did you get to the activity location?

We drove to New Orleans, it is only about 100 miles from home.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

Everybody on the Natchez was very friendly. Our only issue was our waitress who is supposed to be bringing water and sweet tea began taking orders too late, and therefore we never got our drinks until after we were finished with our meal. Other than that, everything was great including the food!

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

This was definitely a memorable trip for Father’s Day and my husband‘s birthday. We enjoyed the views of the Mississippi River in watching the sun set over the city of New Orleans. We saw the Domino Sugar Refinery; that was pretty interesting.

We had an overall good time listening to the music and narration. We also enjoyed the dinner buffet which had a very good variety. The food was great!

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

This was a great trip for people of all ages. I highly recommend the dinner buffet. There is a good variety of food and the views along the Mississippi River are really pretty. The jazz band was great also!
