When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked nine days before our flight.

Why did you choose this activity?

I have never been in a helicopter, and my fiance is an Army Veteran, and loved to fly in helicopters. So, I surprised him with a quick flight, so I could see if I liked it, too. Now, that I know I had the time of my life, next time we will go for MUCH longer!!

How did you get to the activity location?

It was a quick car ride from the condo we rented.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

The attendant who walked us out to the helicopter was so friendly and kind, yet maintained her professionalism. She was so respectful! Our pilot was amazing! I love sharks and we spotted one, so, because I told him of my love for them, he circled around to allow me to get a picture of it before heading back in. I can’t THANK him enough for that experience!! This is something my fiance and I will never forget!

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

The wind had been pretty gusty all day, so I was slightly nervous taking off. However, our pilot was very reassuring. The best memory was getting to see a 5-foot-shark from the air! I couldn’t believe the pilot circled around to allow me to get pictures of it! And my fiance said the thing he will remember the most is my smiling face as we were taking off. He said my face was priceless!

We would absolutely recommend this to everyone! Everyone at Lost Bay Helicopters made this a memorable experience.
