How did you discover this activity?

I have been to both the zoo and aquarium myself, and my husband and I wanted to take our children. Someone mentioned searching Groupon for a discount on tickets. When I didn’t find them there, I googled discounted tickets and found TripShock through that.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

I booked our tickets about a month in advance for both activities.

Why did you choose this activity?

Our children love animals, and we thought the aquarium and zoo would be a fun activity for them.

How did you get to the activity location?

Because of the time that we arrived, we parked in a public car park and walked the very short distance to the aquarium. It was $20.00 to park.

The next day, we opted to take the street cars to the zoo instead of driving.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

The staff at both the zoo and the aquarium were wonderful.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

We were excited to take this trip as a family and make memories with our children doing things they don’t get to experience daily.

The aquarium has beautiful fish and other sea life, and I believe in 2020 they will be adding a shark touch pool!

The zoo now has a splash pad and a lazy river, so go prepared to get in the water. We didn’t do those activities, but I’m glad we weren’t prepared for them because we wouldn’t have made it through in time.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

Yes! Absolutely! It’s a very family friendly experience! The aquarium took our family about three hours to walk through (and we did it all except the food court) and the zoo approximately four hours (again, we did it all except the water park and the food court).
