How did you discover this activity?

We used TripShock last year to book a dolphin cruise. This was the first place I checked to find another adventure when we found the mermaid cruise.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked two weeks in advance.

Why did you choose this activity?

We spend a vacation each July at the beach to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. This year she turned 7, so we were looking for an exciting surprise for her. What could be better than finding out mermaids were real and getting to swim with them?

How did you get to the activity location?

It was just a short drive from our beach condo.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

The captain was very informative and a great guide. His deck hand, Breezy, however made the trip. She was super sweet and more than willing to take photos of our family for us.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

It was so exciting for our daughter to find out that mermaids are real! Add to that the chance to actually swim and talk to them... priceless!

The boat ride was both fun and beautiful, but having the opportunity to leave the boat to swim with the mermaids was amazing. This made for the most amazing birthday surprise for our daughter. All of the girls on the boat were so excited to meet and play with the mermaids.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

Yes! If you have young girls, this trip is perfect. The mermaids were so sweet and interactive. They allowed the kids to talk to them, swim with them, and play with them.

It was so incredible watching the faces of these children when they found out that mermaids were real, and that they get to spend time with them. It was such a fun and unique way to spend time with our daughter to celebrate her 7th birthday!
