How did you discover this activity?

We found TripShock when googling jet ski locations in the Pensacola and Orange Beach area. After browsing through the available locations, we decided to travel to Orange Beach.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked the same day as our activity.

Why did you choose this activity?

My niece and her Dad were in town for the week. We had visited Pensacola Beach a few times already. I wanted them to be able to thoroughly enjoy the gulf coast and the many activities that each location offered.

How did you get to the activity location?

Getting to Extreme Watersports was a breeze! It was a short car ride from the hotel they were staying at.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

The Staff was awesome! They got us familiarized with the equipment, do’s and don’ts, and clear of the wake zone couldn’t have been any better.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

The location couldn’t have been any better to launch the jet ski’s from. Tucked in near boat docks and a restaurant on the water and not near heavily populated areas made our experience that much more enjoyable. We didn’t have to spend any time waiting in line behind dozens of people. We even showed up a half hour early and it wasn’t a problem. The jet ski’s were already available.

We went through the training, put on the life jackets and off we went. We explored every inch of the area that we could. We came to a dead stop several times to watch the dolphins that we encountered, it was awesome. The waterways were not crowded; in fact we only encountered 2 boats the hour we were on the water. We went racing up and down the water and doing circles in between, we all felt like kids again.

To my surprise no one, not even me fell off. All of us were giggling the entire time changing who was leading the pack. As many times as we sped up and down the area, our launch location was easy to find! That part was important as I get lost very easy. A quick look for the sailboats each time and off I went again.

My niece was laughing hysterically when she saw me doing donuts over and over again. She thought she was going to fall off, so she slowed down. Big mistake! That’s all I needed to go zooming by her. Before we knew it, our time had come to an end. We ended up having lunch by the water and talking about our adventure.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

This location is perfect for anyone looking to get away from crowded waterways and the masses of people who flock to popular locations on vacation. This location is a hidden gem and I’m glad we found it.
