How did you discover this activity?

Our kids and their families were googling activities and came across Tripshock. The price for all 8 of our family was reasonable for the Sunny Lady. We didn’t expect much especially to see that many dolphins. We were pleasantly surprised!!

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked our tour two days prior to trying it out. It was great to arrive at Orange Beach and then “play it by ear” and decide with all our other family that had arrived what we each wanted to experience.

Why did you choose this activity?

Our daughter sent out a group text late one night and asked who would be interested in a tour. We decided who all wanted to participate and booked online.

How did you get to the activity location?

The tour location was just a short ride away from the hotel and in a very open location. The location was clean! The system was very organized, getting confirmation and boarding passes were easy and even added

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

The Captain was very family-friendly, he kept a smile and was a joy to be around. It was obvious he enjoys his job!!! The staff was sweet and spoke, not grumpy or mean. They provided snacks that weren’t overpriced. You could tell they weren’t sold to make money but just as a service to keep customers comfortable. They offered to let kids sit up front and drive for good photo opportunities. Staff gave little ones hand stamps for fun and provided Cheetos to everyone to feed the birds. We had lots of laughs and videos of birds feeding, it was so fun and entertaining. The little ones are still talking about it!

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

The tour was definitely one to remember! The look on my three-year-old grandson’s face when he finally realized the movement he was seeing was dolphins and then watching him gaze at the water and his eyes widening with excitement, becoming able to spot them in his own and tell us with such delight was worth more than money! My 60-year-old husband enjoying a boat ride, even though he hates water, and laughing at the birds stealing the chips from his fingers made me happy. The tour was a good, safe, clean family activity we all enjoyed together! Everyone needs to go at least once!

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

I would give the Sunny lady Dolphin Tour a 10 out of 10. Our family ages 18 months - 64 years all had a great time. We all understand any experience is what you make up your mind for it to be but the Captain, receptionist, and staff all did anything and everything possible to make it enjoyable for all ages. They loved their passengers to laugh and interact with them.
