When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked a week in advance.

Why did you choose this activity?

I have been there before years ago and I wanted my kids to enjoy it.

How did you get to the activity location?

It was a couple hour car ride from my house in Mississippi.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

The staff were very helpful and polite.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

The people and staff were a joy to interact with and very kid friendly. No matter our concern, it was addressed and handled perfectly.

The kids enjoyed the play areas and easy view to the animals considering they are still very young and shorter than most kids who were there.

I appreciated that the rest spots were there with benches when the adults were feeling exhausted and needed a small recharge. The restrooms were placed greatly around the zoo for the tiny bladders.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

Absolutely! The experience was enjoyable, non-rushed, and memorable. I would reccomend it to all kids, and even adults to learn more about animals we aren’t lucky enough to have native to Louisiana and surrounding states.
