How did you discover this activity?

We were visiting New Orleans for a few days, and it was forecasted to rain all day on our last day. A co-worker recommended the aquarium, so we decided to check it out.

I found the discount available through a Google search.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked the tickets about two hours before we arrived.

Why did you choose this activity?

We thought the aquarium would be a good rainy day activity while in New Orleans.

How did you get to the activity location?

We walked from our hotel to the aquarium. It was a very easy walk to get there.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

The staff was friendly at the main entrance and at the information booth. We were able to find out the movie schedule easily along with some information on the facility.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

I enjoyed the admission to the Giant Screen Theater that was included. We had the choice of three different movies that all had scheduled times during the day.

We chose the “Hurricane in the Bayou,” which talked about how hurricanes affected the wetlands and how the city suffered during and after Katrina.

While it was a very outdated film in terms of the characters, the content was still very much valid, and we enjoyed the experience.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

I would recommend this as a half-day attraction if you have children with you. They are building onto the aquarium, so the experience will be bigger and better in the upcoming months.
