Restrictions
- A deposit of 750.00 is required on the day of your rental. The deposit is returned to the customer when the boat and other equipment are returned in the same condition as when it was rented. If damages do occur to the boat or equipment, repairs will be charged to the renter’s credit card per the rental agreement.
- Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, can operate a pontoon boat with a valid driver's license. Those born on or after January 1, 1988, can operate a pontoon boat but are required to take a Florida Boaters test. A link will be sent to you after check-out via text message and email to take prior to arrival. The cost of the test may vary and is subject to change.
- Trip maximum capacity is up to 12 people or up to 1,600 lbs, however, the provider recommends a maximum of 10 guests, for comfort.
- Guests must be 21 years old or older and have a driver's license, valid credit card, and cell phone.
- Provider requires that guests check in at least 30 minutes prior to their departure time.
- Pontoon boats are prohibited from entering the Gulf of Mexico.
- Late returns are $100 per hour plus fees and taxes.
- Glass is not permitted on board the boat.
- Fishing is not permitted on the pontoon.
Additional information
- Boat captains are not included. However, there are many experienced licensed captains in the area who can be your captain for the day. If you hire a captain, you will be responsible for paying their fee and gratuity directly on top of any fees associated with the rental. Captains are counted in the maximum headcount/weight limit for the boat.
- If the weather is unfavorable for boating, the rental may be rescheduled for a later time/day or a full refund will be issued. If there is rain while you are on your trip & you are called back in early, the price will be prorated accordingly, as long as you check in with staff at end of your trip.
- Alcohol is permitted. The driver is required to sign a waiver that there will be a designated driver and obey all laws.
- There is no restroom available on the boat. However, there are restrooms available at Pilcher Park.
- Although gratuities are not required, they are greatly appreciated by dock hands.
- Free parking is available at Pilcher Park.
- Certified service animals are permitted.
Reservation Requirements
