• The boat is not wheelchair accessible.
• No alcohol allowed on the boat.
• 15 minimum passengers are needed. If the minimum is not met, you will be given the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. The boats maximum capacity is 56 passengers.

• Restrooms are available on the boat.
• Free parking available on-site.
• Any personal belongings brought on the trip are the responsibility of the customer. The vendor is not responsible for lost items.
• Gratuities not included.
• Drinks and snacks for purchase on the boat.
• Service dogs allowed with proper paperwork.
• The Fun Boats hold a max of 35 people each for a more personal experience.
• Cabin does not have AC but with the open windows you are able to enjoy the sea breeze.

Customers must cancel at least 24 hours prior to arrival date in order to receive a full refund by the vendor minus a $5 service fee. Customers that cancel after the 24 hour period will not be eligible for a refund. If weather is unfavorable and the captain calls off the trip it can be rescheduled for a later time/date or a full refund will be issued. No-shows will not be refunded. Customer may make changes to their reservation without any fees as long as it is outside the 24 hour cancellation period.
