Taking the 5;30 cruise was a bonus we saw dolphins and had a beautiful sunset and very peaceful ride back along the river back to the dock . The captain and crew were very helpful and pleasant and made the trip very enjoyable!

Didn't get to see any dolphins.

We had an amazing time seeing the dolphins on ours cruise. The host were nice friendly and knowledgeable and made you feel welcome and safe. We differently recommend giving them a try and taking the whole family

Very informative about the area, nice clean vessel. I love that they brought some huge shark teeth around for everyone to see. I would definitely do it again.

Website said you could bring a small cooler but we weren’t allowed to bring a cooler nor a small backpack for our diabetic child.

Apparently the "inside air conditioning" was Not working properly. So basically No inside airconditioning with doors wide open. I have a heart condition and came close to passing out. My granddaughter couldn't cool off and got very sick. After I asked them to close the doors to cool things down and After the ship had left the dock Then I was told it wasn't working. Would definitely Not do this again And wouldn't have ar all if we had known there wasn't any air conditioning. I think that's called false advertising. I think we should be refunded for the 2 of us that got sick.

Once we got out into the ocean there were so many dolphins great experience for myself and children. They even have food on the boat affordable!!

We had a wonderful experience and we went on the Dolphin cruise in June 2024. We were lost and we called them about address confirmation of where the boat tour was departing from. They were professional, courteous and understanding of our situation. They waited for us, despite us running behind schedule. During the cruise I experienced motion sickness, during the return trip to harbor, and they were very helpful in attending to my situation in a caring, professional and courteous manner. I can’t praise them enough for their incredible dedication to providing an incredible customer experience on their cruise. This cruise gets my highest recommendation and I recommend others to book their cruise through this company.

Cheesy and poorly done.

It was a nice ride. The captain started out a little bitter and said that we’d maybe go to the ocean maybe not, maybe see dolphins but maybe not, and no matter what— NO REFUNDS! I paid over $200 and they said the only way the workers get paid is through tips. Seems wrong to me.
