Absolutely, HarborWalk Village is as pet friendly as it gets! Pets are welcome as long as they are friendly, on a leash, and supervised by their owner at all times. Most open-air bars and restaurants along HarborWalk Village will allow pets, and even offer water bowls and treats to parched pups!
Even further, many activities and attractions along the harbor are pet/dog friendly, as well. Your pup will love pet-friendly pontoon rentals, kayak rentals, and strolling along the boardwalk itself to see the sights! It is important to note that the harbor can be very busy during peak season, and may be stressful for pets who are uncomfortable around large crowds.
Luckily, there are plenty of places to stay near HarborWalk Village, so you never have to be too far from all of the action! Located directly on the harbor itself is the Emerald Grande, and this gorgeous condo comes equipped with everything you could possibly need. Amenities include a fitness center, spa, heated pools, concierge, and so much more!
You don’t have to stay at the Emerald Grande, however, to be close to HarborWalk Village. There are many great hotels and condos just a short car drive away! Inn on Destin Harbor and Village Inn of Destin are just two examples of great places to stay that are less than a mile away from HarborWalk Village.

Some vendors will have designated parking for free or for a discounted rate for their customers, so it’s important to be sure you are parking in the correct location.
If you are just headed to HarborWalk Village to spend the day, they do have parking available on site. Parking is free for Emerald Grande guests, and $10.00 for non-guests. It is recommended to bring cash for parking for a quick and easy experience. Please be aware that during peak season, traffic and parking may be hectic, so you will want to plan to arrive early.
