<p><strong>Departure Details:</strong> Experience departs from 530 Harbor Blvd, Destin, FL 32541. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. Activity departs on time. Don't be late! For any issues, please contact your provider, Gilligan's Watersports Parasailing, Pontoon Boats &amp; Waverunner Rentals, at 850-650-9000.</p>
<p><strong>Gratuities:</strong> Although not required, it is customary to tip.</p>

Lee and Nate are great captain and mate and answered all poor questions. The site was amazing and I’d do it  again

We got higher than a Georgia pine

We had alot of fun on our first parasailing trip.  We took our 7 yr old son and it could not have been more calm, fun, and relaxing.  Nate and Lee were both great. Very friendly, professional, and were willing to answer any questions.  Would highly recommend!

Captain Tim and his crew were great!  They made sure our trip was memorable and kept us safe!

Highly recommended. We reached prior to our scheduled time and requested to accommodate us for early slot which was obliged. The whole sailing trip was great and loved the experience.

Loved the experience

We went parasailing this morning after surprising my whole family with tickets, we decided to do videos and photos to capture the experience. The experience did not start off wonderfully with the front desk lady unfriendliness and poor customer service. We asked about videos and she said “they’ll give you more details on the boat” then we asked if we go down to the dock“ she insisted “ stay here they’ll come get you when they’re ready.” When I called earlier regarding not getting the video of my fiance and I on our phones only my brother and my moms she took my number said they call. They never called so I took it upon myself to go up there, she said “they just called did you not get it.” After asking for a confirmation of my number she said “nothing I can do the captain took it, he should be calling soon.” I had to politely ask when they would be back from their next sail, then continue to play phone tag to get back to the captain. They couldn’t do anything about the video not getting to our phone and did not offer anything in return. Not asking for a free handout, just good customer service and something to help where they messed up. Choose another company!

Not to mention before him and I went up to fly the captain said “The memory should be good.” Memory SD card ended up being full after us flying a little while. He did let us fly longer which was great, but we never got the video.

Rachel and captain Lee killed it with the welcome and throughout experience.. Our family of 3 will be back again!!!

Best time ever

The trip itself, was fine. Captain friendly. 
. The asst, Nate, disappointing. Was very friendly with some, not us…he was so busy talking that he forgot about our picture package. 
The lady at counter not so friendly either, when I asked for something to address the loss, major attitude, Nate told her to refund me for the photo package

Disappointed

Our girls went without us (their parents). I was a little nervous as they are only 13. But I signed the waiver and let them go anyway. The staff took extra good care of them realizing they were both unaccompanied minors. The girls haven’t stopped talking about it. 10/10 recommend! Also, it’s a good idea to send water with them (I didn’t, mother of the year I know). They were first to go and had to wait the rest of the ride and said they got so thirsty out there.  AND! TIP THE STAFF!! They deserve it.

Vegas & Nate were incredible! The boat ride was relaxing yet fun. Very detailed with their instructions.

Best  experience of the life and the crew was so friendly and respectful must do recommend

<p>This has been a fear of my daughters for quite a while. To experience it with her was just amazing. We’re definitely adding this to our to do list from here on out.</p>
<p>They secured our safety, drove safely, and assured us the fee would be well worth it. It was everything we imagined. My daughter talked about her experience all the way home! Keep up the good work, your company is a wonderful asset to Destin, Florida!</p>
<p>Yes it worked for us, and I would recommend to any group or family. Young or old, they will take care of you!</p>
