How did you discover this activity?

We found Captain Bill’s charter on trip shock while searching for things to do near Destin. After everything we looked through, this seemed like the most unique adventure.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked about 3 weeks in advance.

Why did you choose this activity?

None of us had ever been on a catamaran and doing that doe my husband’s birthday seemed like a great way for the 4 of us to share a new adventure without having to be around a bunch of other people.

How did you get to the activity location?

Getting to the harbor was about a 20-minute drive from our resort in Destin. Very easy directions, and captain bill was waiting for us when we arrived.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

There is no one better for charters than Captain Bill. He was perfectly happy to leave us to our own conversation and sit in the background but when we started asking him questions and including him in our conversation, he was more than happy to join in on the fun, teach us about the boat, and share some laughs. He was part of the group by the time it was all over.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

I couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate my husband’s birthday. It was a perfectly relaxed ride with a few cocktails, a ton of laughs, a nice sunset, and several dolphin sightings! When we arrived Captain Bill brought us to the boat and got us settled with places to put our bags and stocked all of our beverages in a cooler. He explained what he was doing and taught us all about sailing (because we asked home to do so). We were all sad to see the two hour trip had gone by so fast! It was just so easy to get caught up in the sunset and the dolphins.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

This is great for a group of friends/family that just want a couple hours away from the fast paced lifestyle.
