Tripshock was what came up after searching sunset cruises in the Destin-Fort Walton area.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

Booked the tour 1 day before just because I was afraid of any last-minute troubles.

Why did you choose this activity?

I have always wanted to do a sunset tour/cruise. When you add dolphins it just makes it even more exciting. Also, wanted to gift my friend and her family the experience as well since it’s something that lots of my friends oversee or just don’t think about.

How did you get to the activity location?

The location was excellent. Only 10 minutes from where we were staying at. Easy and convenient parking.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

The experience was excellent. The captain and first mate knew exactly where to take us for the dolphins. They would point to where the dolphins were spotted and change the boat around so everyone could see. They also offered to take pictures of everyone with the sunset. Oh and also was given a great restaurant recommended by the captain (Harbor Docks) which was so worth it.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

The highlight of the trip was that we got to see a baby dolphin. We were already heading back to the dock when a dolphin family was noticed. The captain stopped and let us enjoy watching the dolphin family and try to get their attention. The sunset view was just beautiful. The pictures are beautiful. It actually makes it look like it’s a green screen due to the beautiful background. I know it seems like I am saying the dane thing but I love photography and some of the pictures I took are just wow. In all, I am happy the experience was great for the people in my group especially because it was their first time.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

Yes. Definitely would recommend it. This is not only for children. I think as adults we had more fun.
