I found TripShock looking on Google for things to do in Destin. The price was great and the availability matched up with our schedule.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

I booked the tour about 2 weeks in advance. I recommend booking further in advance as I had a bit of trouble finding the dates and times I wanted.

Why did you choose this activity?

I initially wanted a tiki boat tour of crab island but they were already booked for my date and time. I found the destin dolphin cruise and crab island tour and I am so glad I did!!

How did you get to the activity location?

It was so easy getting there. We left early so we had time to walk around the boardwalk before getting our boarding passes and getting on the boat. I thought $10 for parking wasn’t bad to keep from hunting down a place and walking.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

Captain was funny and friendly and a very good tour guide. His attitude was amazing!

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

We saw SOOO many dolphins! Captain was able to point out where they were and exactly how to direct us to look for them. We even saw two baby dolphins in the pods!! We also were able to glimpse a shark! It was a gorgeous day and we were able to view activities on the water such as a para sail as well as the many boaters at crab island. Captain was also good about pointing out various fishing and snorkeling spots as well.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

I would have to recommend this tour. It is not at all too pricey and it is well worth the money! It is a lot of fun and we saw a lot of dolphins!
