I was searching for fun things to do as a family with a teen and the Dolphin Tour Thrill Ride came up. I searched that to find the best pricing for tickets and TripShock came up.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked the day off and it was super easy to verify that there were tickets left and the departure time.

Why did you choose this activity?

As a family, we love to spend a lot of time on boats in the rivers and lakes around our home in North Alabama. I knew that a fast boat ride would be the perfect activity for my husband and teenage son and still get me out to see dolphins!

How did you get to the activity location?

The drive to the harbor from Miramar Beach was just a quick 15-20 min trip with traffic. Parking was super easy at the 3 pm time we went.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

Captain Billy was a hoot! He and his first mate were knowledgeable and excellent hosts!

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

Seeing so many dolphins was great, but speeding through the ocean was the BEST! It was an activity that not only my husband could enjoy (being 6 months out from multiple heart surgeries), but I was comfortable as well with my autoimmune disorder that limits a lot of activities we can do. It was the highlight of our trip and something unique that didn’t break the bank. The front-row experience was just icing on the cake!

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

Highly recommended! The seats are comfy (the front row is best!), the staff is wonderful, and the boat has an awesome turbo!
