When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked 2 weeks in advance.

Why did you choose this activity?

I always wanted to go to Crab Island. I read the positive reviews and decided to give them a chance.

How did you get to the activity location?

We drove from our resort. I would leave a little early because traffic can be heavy in that area.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure we have seen several dolphins before going to Crab Island.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

I will always remember how nice Destin beaches are. The beautiful turquoise water and white sand. It’s a site you will never forget. The Crab Island runner excursion was the highlight of our trip. Let me tell you how awesome they are. My GPS told us we were 6 min away. I had to be there at 11:30. I underestimated the traffic and it took me almost 30 minutes to get there. I started to worry. I just knew they were going to leave us. I got a phone call at 11:50 from crab island excursion asking for ETA. They told me they would try their best to wait. The excursion started at 12:00 and I pulled in at 11:55. A gentleman on a scooter was waiting for me. He had us follow him to a nearby parking spot. We went straight to registration and boarded the boat at 12:00 on the dot. They could of left us, but they didn’t. They really saved the day. I could only imagine the letdown my kids would have felt if we didn’t make it. The staff offered us complimentary bottled water and had snacks for sale. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend the Crab island runner if you ever visit Destin, Fl.
