I would like to suggest you make a change to your business. My daughter, grandson, and I were scheduled Wednesday, but received notice of a change in days. Good thing our schedule was flexible! I am 75 years old, and my daughter and I are both handicapped, and we managed to get down the ladder and into the Gulf just fine. But we couldn't get back on the lower deck! The surface is slick as snot for someone not as agile as your boat crew and younger people. I could get up to the lower step, but could find no purchase to stand back up. The rails are too big for my hands. Tried it barefoot and with rubber soled shoes. You really need to be aware that handicapped people feel free and are able to swim and snorkel! But getting up and down from the boat is impossible. Thank goodness for Cody and Nick who helped us both up to the deck! You have two amazing guys working for you. If you want to expand your business, the answer is so simple! All you need is a bo'sun chair! You can even have it motorized to easily move your passengers up and down safely. I know if you add this feature to your advertising, you will make a whole of lot more money, and bring joy to older and handicapped people who otherwise would never consider trying to snorkel. Thank you for a marvelous, once in a lifetime adventure!
Wonderful time together with grandchildren. The crew was great they even went back for my husbands hat. So much fun.
We had a great time crew went out of their way to make it a great experience!! 100% recommend it!!

The Fish Ate Right out of Our Hands

How did you discover this activity?

I was browsing google for boat tours in the Ft Walton Beach/Destin area and I came across SeaQuests Tours and saw that they offered snorkeling, dolphin sightseeing, and boating for a very good price.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

I booked this tour about a week and a half before our tour date.

Why did you choose this activity?

My husband and I love the ocean and snorkeling and just getting out and doing little adventures.

How did you get to the activity location?

We were staying in Ft Walton Beach and we drove over to Destin. We took the advice of the company and arrived about an hour early in peak season, expect the traffic to be horrific and give yourself plenty of time, 1-2 hrs, to get there and get parked. This was based out of Harbor Walk so it’s a very busy place.

We followed the GPS to get to Harbor Walk, but you don’t really need it. Your GPS isn’t going to take you directly to your tour because it is located in HarborTown. You just need to find parking to walk over to HarborTown. There are parking lots there where you can park for cheap by putting in your credit/debit card info over a pay by phone system. Super cheap. 7 hrs was only around $4.

I suggest picking up an Emerald Coast Guide as it not only has maps in it, but has tons of tips for a fun beach experience while you’re there!

What was your experience with the activity's staff?

Captain Nick was so fun and had our safety in mind as we were on our tour. Listen to his tips! Cody was also lots of fun and took care of many of our needs while on the tour. 2 great guys!

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

Snorkeling was a lot of fun. We saw lots of fish and hermit crabs, and feeding the fish peas that Cody gave us was really fun. The fish LOVE the peas and take them right out of your fingers!

The Dolphin sightseeing portion of our tour was spectacular! We came across a good sized pod in the Pass and they were very curious and interacted with us and the other boats around us. They jumped the big waves in the Pass which was incredible to see!

Nick and Cody made the entire tour memorable with their music, stories, and fun attitudes. They played music and we all danced! You get what you put in it, but Nick and Cody go above and beyond to make sure you have a good and safe time!

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

Yes! This is good for couples and families. The only thing that some people may not like is the music is fairly loud, because it’s a dance party for half of the trip. If you absolutely can’t stand loud music, then you should take one of their other tours, like their evening sunset dolphin tour.
