<ul>
<li>Check-In is: 45 minutes prior to the cruise time. You will be greeted by the Captain and shown to your table by one of our staff members. Once you have met your server, you are free to explore the yacht.</li>
<li>Cruise Minimums: There is a minimum number of guests that must be booked in order to hold a public cruise event. In rare instances, if that minimum number of guests is not reached, the event could be cancelled. Should that happen, you will receive a phone call and/or email and will have the option to either choose a new event date OR cancel without penalty.</li>
<li>Cruising: We will leave the dock and cruise the Choctawhatchee Bay at the scheduled cruise time. Times can vary! Please be sure to check your reservation for your specific cruise time. If you are cruising during one of our Fireworks cruise the cruise may shorter or longer based on when the fireworks are displayed.</li>
<li>General Seating: All seats onboard the SOLARIS have great views. In addition, based on occupancy we may use “Cruise Style Seating”. This means you may be sat with other guests.</li>
<li>Guaranteed Table by a Window: There are a limited number of tables next to a window. Please call (850) 650-2519 to add a Guaranteed Table by a Window. If you add the “Guaranteed Table by a Window” option through Solaris, only your guests will be seated at the table. There will be an additional charge for this option. There are times that the window seats may not be available even if you’ve selected this option. In this case you will not be charged the additional fee and General Seating rules may apply.</li>
<li>Tipping: We will provide you with 2-4 hours of service based on your scheduled cruise. Solaris has a standard 20% gratuity added to each ticket. Cost is included in the ticket price.</li>
<li>Weather: Typically weather does not affect our cruise, however, there are situations when it is too windy or lightening is in the area. Our Captain has complete control of the yacht and decides when it is safe or not to cruise. In the event that it is unsafe to cruise we will have dinner and entertainment dockside and $20 discount will be given. If we cruise for any part of the evening then no discount will be given.</li>
<li>Dinner - Our staff will begin serving you at your table 20-45 minutes after we get underway. Salad, Entrée, Dessert, ice tea &amp; coffee are included with your ticket. Please be prepared for your dining experience to last from 1 to 2 hours! Seasonal Appetizers are available for purchase onboard.</li>
<li>Misc: Dress is resort casual. Children must be accompanied by an adult at ALL times. We do have a bar onboard, but it is not included in the pre-paid ticket price. We carry bottle beer - import and domestic, wine by the glass and bottle, mixed drinks, frozen drinks, and specialty drinks with souvenir glasses. Seasonal Appetizers are also available for purchase onboard. Photos taken at boarding are also sold onboard.
<strong>DIRECTIONS &amp; PARKING:</strong>(Very important, please read)
We are excited that you and your guests will be cruising with us tonight aboard the SOLARIS! To ensure a relaxing trip and a stress-free arrival, please be sure to allow yourself plenty of travel time to the dock. Below you will find some additional driving directions once you enter the resort.
Traffic in Destin, Sandestin, Miramar Beach and the surrounding areas can be extremely heavy. Also be aware that there’s a lot of construction work taking place at the Resort at this time. Please allow yourself plenty time to travel, park and walking to the yacht. As stated, we cannot and will not hold the boat for any reason.
To get to the main entrance of SanDestin:
We are located 5 miles east of the Bass Pro Shop in front of Destin Commons and just ½ mile east of the Silver Sands Outlet Mall on Highway 98. Once you pass the Outlet Mall, turn north (left) at the next traffic light onto the Sandestin Blvd, “Baytowne Entrance”.
<strong>PARKING ON THE RESORT IS LIMITED</strong>. You have 2 parking options available, <a href="http://i.imgur.com/xAchQHL.jpg">pictured here</a> on our map. The most important thing to remember is to allow yourself plenty of time to avoid any unforeseen parking or traffic issues.  Please understand that if you miss the yacht for any reason you will be charged the full amount including any additional packages you have ordered and tax.</li>
<li>PARKING OPTION #1: Park inside the Baytowne Marina Parking Lot. To get to this parking lot, you must stop at the guard gate and ask the guard for a pass to the marina. Make your first right after the guard gate onto Baytowne Village Drive and proceed to the three way stop. Turn left onto Baytowne Ave. West to the Baytowne Marina and Tennis Center (8330 Mike Hayes Boulevard, Miramar Beach, Florida 32550, approx .25 miles on the left). If there is availability in the lot, please park and walk down the dock to the SOLARIS. It’s the largest yacht in the marina so you won’t miss it. This lot has a limited capacity. If it is full, you must use option 2 .</li>
<li>PARKING OPTION #2 Valet Park at the Baytowne Village and walk to the marina. The best walking path to take is the boardwalk that begins next to the Funky Blues Shack. Take this boardwalk to the marina dock. Once you are on the marina dock, walk to the SOLARIS. It’s the largest yacht in the marina so you won’t miss it.</li>

This was such a great experience- would def do it again!

My fiancé and I are definitely not fancy people! This was out of our comfort zone being from the Midwest, but  we were so excited! From our entire vacation, this was our favorite thing we did!! Everyone was so welcoming, the live music was so classic, dinner was phenomenal, service was perfect, the view was breathtaking and it was definitely a night we are going to remember! The guests on the boat were all very diverse, so that was good! Put on your best dress and buy your tickets!!

We’ve been meaning to take the dinner cruise for the last few years and finally remembered to book before our vacation this year. It didn’t disappoint and we’ll definitely do it again.

Relaxing and enjoyable

Food was fine, service was fine, cost was questionable for the overall experience. Big drawback is the automatic 
20% tip. My tip was $175 for our party of 7.  That was extreme.

The food was not as good as I expected. Enjoyed the cruise a lot.

Dinner cruise

Food was tasty and commendable. Service was good as well.  However, the trip boasts of dancing and entertainment and that was lacking.  There was some live singing but that's about it.  I would suggest that a DJ should have been hired to invite people to dance and engage them.  Was looking for a night of dancing but this dinner cruise proved to be a disappointment in that aspect.

So it costs 2 of us over $300 including dinner and drinks....not worth it at all.. I'd like a refund!

Not worth the money

Music was not dance worthy. Wished it ended an hour earlier because the music was not fun then they started playing a play list after the live music & their play list was awful.

Food & service were great

Great cruise!!!  Food was excellent, staff was friendly, and band was great. Overall an excellent time, I will do it again

<p>The Representative, Stephanie, was very helpful and available to obtain all of the details a few days before the cruise. The final reservations were made on July 8th, the day before our dinner cruise.</p>

<p>My daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday on a dinner cruise with family and friends.</p>

<p>Some guests lived northeast of Miramar and others west. We all drove.</p>

<p>Captain and crew were first class.</p>

<p>The captain and staff presented very cheerful. The ship had easy access. The photo session was special. We were given a copy of a photo before departing. The unrestricted relaxed atmosphere made the cruise special.  Guest, we’re free to mingle and move about the ship. The view was great. The band played appropriate music. There was room for dancing. The drinks were great. My daughter was happy thanks to the captain and the hospitality of the crew.</p>

<p>I would recommend this cruise to others that may want a small gathering on a dinner cruise.</p>
