We found TripShock on Google when we searched for fun things to do in Destin. After browsing through all the tours we wanted to try - we decided on parasailing because no one in the group had ever sailed before!

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked our last-minute trip around 1100 and our departure time was 1400 on the same day

Why did you choose this activity?

We wanted to do something on the cheaper end and still have a great time. No one in our group had ever been parasailing before so it was meant to be!

How did you get to the activity location?

We all carpooled to the location and parked in the designated area for our event. It was only 25 minutes from our Beach Resorts

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

Will and Lee were perfect! They put safety first but still made time to make us comfortable and made us laugh!

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

There were 5 adults in our group, with a total of 14 adults and 1 child on the boat parasail. We didn’t get to talk to Lee as much as he was driving the boat and watching for other boaters. On the other hand, we got to talk with Will quite a bit. He informed us of all the things they must do prior to accepting reservations. We talked about his experience in parasailing due to no one in our group sailing before. He answered all of our questions and even gave us a few tips on things to do and look at in the area since we were all from out of state. They definitely went above and beyond their job description to help us! They were great and gave us the best experience ever!
