When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked it two weeks in advance.

Why did you choose this activity?

My wife booked this activity because I LOVE TO FISH! I have tried to salt water fish from the pier and surf and failed miserably.

Since it was our honeymoon, my wife wanted to surprise me with a deep fishing adventure.

How did you get to the activity location?

We used the Uber app and it was extremely easy to use! It was able to accommodate our travel at 4:50 am from our hotel to the boardwalk.

It was very simple and an easy trip from Okaloosa Island to Destin.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

The staff was AMAZING! Not only did they work diligently when we were fishing, but they also made small talk, gave great fishing tips, and were able to teach me some essential fishing knots during their spare time.

Overall, the staff made this trip extremely enjoyable and fun!

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

Overall, I read way too much into this trip. I read too many reviews of people not catching fish and having an “okay” time.

All those reviews were meaningless. The only way you will not catch fish is if you do not listen to the directions prior to fishing.

The highlight was pulling up several snapper and being able to keep 16 fish! I could not believe it!

As soon as that sinker hit the bottom, the fish were either hooked up or cleaned the hook. It was a great way to start deep sea fishing!

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

I would one hundred percent recommend this trip to anyone, young or old, who wants to give deep sea fishing a try! I will say you will need to be of good health and be able to manage a 22 oz sinker and heavy reeling.
