How did you discover this activity?

We found TripShock on Google when we searched for fun things to do in Destin. After browsing through all the tours we wanted to try we found a great deal on a dolphin cruise with Olin Marler’s Dolphin Cruises & Fishing Charters. The crew of the Hannah Marie were absolutely fabulous providing great history and background of Destin and other points of interest in the Destin Harbor during the 1 hour cruise.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked online during our Uber ride to the Harbor.

Why did you choose this activity?

We were looking for a fun activity to fill our afternoon (which also happened to be my birthday) and the dolphin cruise was the perfect choice.

How did you get to the activity location?

As truck drivers, we’ve learned that locations such as Destin Harbor Boardwalk do not have parking to accommodate our truck, so we Ubered from a nearby location to the Harbor.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

The Crew of the Hannah Marie were friendly, knowledgeable, and kept everyone on their toes by telling us on which side of the boat the dolphins (and sharks) were spotted.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

There was a group of dolphins near the back of the boat and the Captain slowed down and slowly put the boat in reverse creating waves behind the boat that the dolphins played in. We were able to see about 4-6 dolphins just a couple of feet away and watched them roll around playing in the wake for several minutes. I was too scared of dropping my phone to try and video it but the memories will stay with us forever!!
