My co-worker and I are International Flight Attendants with a layover in Destin, FL. He researched things to do there and came across the great excursion.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked this excursion a day before we arrived in Destin, FL.

Why did you choose this activity?

My co-worker always wanted to take one of these excursions to Crab Island. So when we had a layover long enough to get one in, he booked it and asked if I wanted to go as well. It sounded great to me, so I booked it too and I’m glad I did.

How did you get to the activity location?

We took an Uber from the hotel to the dock and back with no issues.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

Our hosts, Daniel and MacKenzie were great. They were fun, friendly, thoughtful, kind, etc. They made it a great day.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

My co-worker and I are International Flight Attendants. Our layover was less than a day, so we had a small window to make the most of our time in Destin, and we did. The excursion was 4 hours, just long enough to enjoy but still giving us time to get back and get our rest in before our workday.

I loved the mood our host set from the beginning. They were fun, and in turn, our group was fun. We swam, ate, and had great conversations. We started the day meeting strangers, yet left feeling like we made friends.

It was worth every bit of our time and money and we’d book it again ... easily.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

We would definitely recommend this excursion to others, and we did! It was something different to do than the everyday normal activities. And ... this is an activity for all ages and types of groups (families, friends, co-workers, etc.)

It really was a great time for a reasonable price.
