How did you discover this activity?

I did a google search for the Destin fishing trip. Tripshock showed up and gave me different options. The trip I selected was reasonably priced and was easy to book. Confirmation emails and texts were sent to me as soon as I booked.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked 2 weeks in advance and there was still plenty of availability.

Why did you choose this activity?

We selected this as it was a more personable experience as there were not that many people on this charter.

How did you get to the activity location?

We drove our vehicle from our resort to the dock.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

The captain was great! He took us to 3 to 4 spots and we caught plenty of fish.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

I caught a fish I thought Id never be able to catch. I don’t have a boat to go deep into the sea, so I’m glad this was my chance. We left the dock on time. We also brought snacks and drinks as it was a 6-hour trip. We brought our own fishing line, but the ship does provide us with fishing gear and bait. I caught a 35-pound Bonito. So exhilarating. We also caught some smaller fish that were legal to keep. My wife who hardly fishes, also enjoyed her time. I will be booking again in the near future. It was a great experience.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

I definitely would recommend it. The deckhands were wonderful and helpful with everything, including cleaning the fish.
