When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked our tour two days in advance.

Why did you choose this activity?

My husband and I have been to Destin several times and have always wanted to visit Crab Island.

How did you get to the activity location?

A few hours before our tour, a representative of the tour company called us to confirm and was very helpful with directions. We were only 7 miles from the dock.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

The captain and his first mate were professional, curtious, and had a great sense of humor.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

The entire process from booking the tour to paying for it and finding the location was so very simple. The staff called us personally to ensure we had no difficulty finding the boat dock. We saw dolphins in the water on our way back from the island and the captain stopped the boat so we all got a chance to see them. I thought that was particularly thoughtful.

Crab Island did not disappoint. The water is less than waist deep, there were plenty of places to eat on the island if you did not bring a cooler with your own goodies.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

This tour is perfect for families with children. There were slides and a playground area for the kids. Plus the water is not deep.
