The Activity we Experienced

What we chose to do

The adventure in parasailing worth every moment.

How did you discover this activity?

My mom and I were searching for next day parasailing activities for the teenagers on vacation. When searching on Google, TripShock came up and I used the link to help book next day parasailing activities. TripShock was easy to use: uses location to identify closest activities first, able to see destinations and activities along with calendars and availabilities, and easy to book reservations for the activity of choice.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

I booked the day before the parasailing activity.

Why did you choose this activity?

I have always wanted to go parasailing and wanted the kids to try it out. The teenagers are adventurous and love to try new things. Parasailing was on our bucket list!

How did you get to the activity location?

The harbor itself was not far from the Villa we were staying in; however, due to the high tourist area, it took us 40 minutes to drive about 12 miles which was expected.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

The teens said the captain and his assistant were really nice and funny. The kids enjoyed the experience.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

The kids loved the boat ride and found the adventure in parasailing worth every moment. Their favorite part was being dipped into the water. All three teens rode together on the parasail and couldn’t have felt more safe. The kids did not have a bad experience. The kids laugh and laughed. The kids went at 5pm and it wasn’t too hot at all. The kids weren’t miserable and loved the dip to cool off. The kids said it was beautiful, but wished they could have stayed in the air longer. I’m sure that’s most people who enjoy the experience.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

Yes, this was a perfect activity. The three teens (13, 13, and 14) went on the boat by themselves and felt completely safe. I was unable to due to no spectator tickets available. After talking with the two ladies at the sign in, I felt comfortable letting them go by themselves. There were only 12 passengers on the boat total. This will definitely be a must when we go back.
