How did you discover this activity?

We found TripShock on Google while searching for a pontoon rental. It was my first experience with TripShock, and I was very pleased.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked our pontoon the morning of our trip. We were unsure of the number in our group, and the weather was questionable. It turned out to be an awesome day weather wise, and it was off-season, so waiting until the last minute worked out well for us.

Why did you choose this activity?

We were on vacation with our children and grandchildren, and they had never been to Crab Island.

How did you get to the activity location?

We drove our cars to Gilligan’s. It was about 15 minutes from our hotel.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

The dock hands were very friendly and helpful. They even carried our bags to the car when we arrived back at the dock.

We received a phone call a few minutes after leaving the dock for them to make sure we had gone in the right direction and that everything was okay.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

Oh my goodness, it was such a fun day! Our grandchildren loved riding and hanging out at Crab Island. It was an experience that we definitely plan to repeat.

The water was still a bit cold, but once you got in and stayed for a few minutes your body adjusted. We brought floaties and tied off to the boat and enjoyed relaxing.

The children could swim or walk around at Crab Island. They enjoyed jumping from the side of the pontoon boat.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

I would recommend this activity to other families or groups. The children that we had with us were young, and they enjoyed it. I feel that this activity would appeal to families with older children as well.
