The staff was very compassionate! Once the front desk learned myself and one of my adult cousins wouldn’t be going due to my husband and kids being in a vehicle accident, they were on the phone figuring out how to refund us. The captain was very concerned

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

My father-in-law and two cousins who flew said it was so nice. Their equipment was flawless and the staff was attentive. The whole experience was worth it! The sights from above the harbor were amazing!

For myself, it was the compassion the company had to refund us given the unforeseen circumstances that I found the most memorable. The team went above and beyond to ensure we knew that if we called TripShock, they could do a refund. And they did.

Yes, I would recommend it! Anyone six and up should go. It’s something you can only do when you’re on the water. The price is very fair, and it’s an unforgettable experience.
