<p><strong>Parking:</strong> Public parking is available at 214 Harbor Blvd, Destin, FL 32541. Spaces are limited on high volume days, therefore it is highly encouraged that customers take one car or ride-share to and from the activity. Please use 210 Harbor Blvd Destin, Florida 32541 in your GPS. Turn into Brotula's parking lot make an immediate left, then right. Follow the road all the way to the water and park in the parking lot to the left. DO NOT park elsewhere or you may be towed. </p>
<p><strong>Departure Details:</strong> Rentals depart from 214 Harbor Blvd, Destin, FL 32541. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Departs on time. Any issues, please contact your provider, Destin Parasailing, at 866-359-3114.</p>
<p><strong>Boater’s License:</strong> A Temporary Florida Boater’s License is recommended and may be required for your activity! All drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, MUST obtain a license. Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, may operate a boat or personal watercraft without a Florida Boater License, so long as they have a valid driver’s license. However, in the interest of safety, we recommend that all drivers take the test and familiarize themselves with important boat safety rules. <p><strong>Gratuities:</strong> Although not required, it is customary and appreciated to tip 20%.</p>

Booking was easy. The guys helping load & unload our boat. Mason was AWESOME!! The pontoon was in good condition and easy to operate!  

Booking jet ski as an add on was a hassle. They had limited reservation slots!!  But all in all I would book with them again!

The trip was great with the exception of  our lily pad was torn in quite a few spots and the ladder to our boat would pinch your toes and would not come out all the way.

First time

Pontoon was is good condition except for it did not have a radio which they do not promise, however, when on vacation many people will not have a portable radio available and for that reason I would think the radios on the pontoon would be great to have in working order. We rented a lily pad as well and when we arrived at Crab Island and rolled it out our 2 year old granddaughter discovered it had a big slit cut in it the hard way with one leg falling through it scaring her, but we called the office and they brought us out a pad that was in great shape and gave us a little extra time on our rental which unfortunately we did not use as the tide had changed and everyone was ready to call it a day. Overall a great rental and day on the water!

Left two insulated cups on the boat and called right after left to have them hold them for us and never got a call back after she told us she would find them for us.  Otherwise rental was ok.

Loved booking through this app. It was easy, convenient, and accessible. My boat rental changed twice because of bad weather. I had ordered a boat with double slides but there weren’t any more available for the day I went out there. Trip Shock gave me a partial refund without me having to call them. Our family had a great time.

<p>I was celebrating my 31st birthday, and had heard so much about Crab Island!</p>

<p>We drove from our house rental, it was about 5-10 minutes away.</p>

<p>The staff was very helpful and pleasant.</p>
<h2>Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?</h2>
<p>We enjoyed cruising around in the pontoon, sipping mimosas, and dancing to the music. Not to mention, hopping off the boat and being able to walk up to floating stores was awesome. It seemed to be one big water party, and everyone was invited.</p>
<p>I haven’t been so excited about something in a long time, and this really took the cake. Especially with 2020 being crashed with COVID. From the polite staff, taking the boating test, and finally getting out there on the water, we will have stories for a lifetime!</p>
<h2>Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?</h2>
<p>Yes, I would. I had no complications, and everyone in my birthday party enjoyed it.</p>
