How did you discover this activity?

My family was searching Google for inexpensive ways to visit shell Island with great reviews. We came across the listing on Tripshock and booked it immediately.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We actually booked the tour tje night before our actual trip. It was.the only one we foind with great reviews that had availability before our vacation was going to be over.

Why did you choose this activity?

My family has been visiting PCB every summer for about 7 years. We have always wanted to visit shell island but, didn’t want to just do a ferry and be dropped off. We wanted something with a little guidance for our first time. We looked at several options but this seemed to be the most well rounded. You would have captain and crew commentary, get to visit the beach and swim, and you would get to see some wildlife. We were sold!

How did you get to the activity location?

Getting to the marina was a quick drive from our house where we were staying at on the East end of Panama City Beach.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

We stayed inside the boat and it was kind of hard to hear the captain over everyone talking, but our personal interactions with him and the crew were very pleasant. All the crew were super friendly.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

She’ll island’s beach was beautiful and the water even more gorgeous than back at the main land. We didn’t find many but those who ventured farther came back with some large and beautiful shells. As a huge plus when we got back to the boat, the crew rinsed sand off of everyone so the ride back wasn’t a miserable one covered in sand. We were able to see dolphins playing in the ocean and the best part was hand feeding the seagulls.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

I would recommend this activity to anyone able to walk at least 100 yards. As long as you are able to walk you are able to enjoy all the benefits of this trip.
