The Activity we Experienced

What we chose to do

The Sunset Was Absolutely Gorgeous

How did you discover this activity?

We googled things to do in Pensacola. My wife said she wanted to go on a boat ride to see dolphins. When I came across this opportunity on TripShock, it was affordable and looked like fun.

When did you book your tour compared to the departure date?

We booked about a month prior.

Why did you choose this activity?

My wife really wanted to go on a boat ride to see dolphins. I wanted to watch the sunset. Making this the best of both worlds.

How did you get to the activity location?

My sister lives in Gulf Breeze and I had her drive us the short 10 to 15 minutes to the location.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

The captain and first mate were very knowledgeable of the area, all the while keeping it fun with music and jokes. They had names for certain dolphins they see frequently, making it a more personable experience.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

My son was a little nervous at first, but the crew got him to the point where he was walking around the boat to see the dolphins. The dolphins swam right next to the boat. There were multiple pods surrounding us once we arrived in the lagoon. We stuck around and watched Hubcap and Chip swim with their pods. The captain and first mate were able to point out the dolphins with ease, making it easier to spot them from the boat. We were able to snap quite a few photos of the dolphins. The sunset was absolutely gorgeous. The crew angled the boat just right to capture photos of the sun setting. It really was an all around beautiful experience.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

Absolutely! This cruise absolutely made the trip to Pensacola that much better.
