<p><strong>Parking:</strong> Parking is available at Bluegreen's Bayside Resort and Spa.</p>
<p><strong>Departure Details:</strong> You will check in at The Sheraton Panama City Beach Golf &amp; Spa Resort located at 4114 Jan Cooley Dr, Panama City Beach, FL 32408, behind the resort, at the end of the dock, by Pelican's Restaurant. Guests can also walk to the right and behind the resort, there will be signs directing you to the Paradise Adventures kiosk. Please arrive at least 45 minutes before your departure time. If you are not checked-in at least 10 minutes prior to departure, you may lose your seat to another guest on the waiting list and will not qualify for a refund. Boat will depart on time. For any issues, please contact your provider, Paradise Adventures Catamaran, at 850-769-3866.</p>
<p><strong>Gratuities:</strong> Although not required, it is appreciated and encouraged to tip your tour guide. A 20% gratuity will be collected at the time of check-in for groups of 20 guests or more.</p>

Overall good experience. Wish the inflatables were easier to climb/ride. Loved the kayak and paddle boarding. Snorkeling area was nice but not very big clear area. Disappointed we didn’t see many dolphins, but knew that wasn’t guaranteed. Would use again.

Fun day

Brain and his crew were absolutely amazing! Highly recommend this tour boat cruise over to shell Island.  So many activities to keep you busy and dolphins are everywhere

Fun - a tad over priced

The whole tour seemed unorganized from the beginning. I was called the morning of and was told I didn’t complete the waivers (which I did) and that I still owed money (which I didn’t). The captain of the boat was ok, but when things went south with our adventure tour, she became rather snotty about it. There was something in the water that burned/itched our skins something terribly. We couldn’t even enjoy our time in the water, and the captain more or less made it sound like it was our fault/problem. It wasn’t enjoyable, and even if we could have gotten in the water, it wasn’t like the pictures and wouldn’t have been great snorkeling. It was most definitely a waste of money and we will never do this tour again.

Adventure tour

the inflatables are what i came for and it was nothing like the pictures

It was okay

We went on the boat to Shell Island. At the island the water was dark and smelled bad. The best part of the trip was the crew but they really werent interactive with the guest on the boat. On the hour and a half dolphin cruise we saw 5 dolphins; 4 were on the way back to dock. It was supposed to be a 4 hour trip from advertisement and we were at the island for about 11/2hours. The inflatable were not something small children could use without an adult to assist them on getting on. Over all it was mehhh.

We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy the adventure tour. This is a 3-hour trip so we spend around an hour and 45 minutes on the island and the last hour looking for dolphins, not sure where you saw that it was 4 hours. Unfortunately, we cannot control the dolphins but try to find them to the best of our ability being that they are wild animals. Sorry, again you did not enjoy your excursion.

Mediocre time

Our excursion was so much fun!  We are a family of 6 so nothing we do is cheap, but we hoped that this would be worth the money. It definitely was! The captain and crew were so friendly and accommodating. Our kids (ages 3-8) and ourselves had so much fun climbing on the obstacle courses, snorkeling, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, and sliding down the ship’s slide! Our kids loved that they got to try all these different activities since you usually have to rent it all individually. The only thing we wished our time on shell island was longer. We didn’t see any dolphins but the captain did everything he could to find one, they just weren’t out. He even took us to a shipwreck in the ocean which our kids thought was pretty cool. This was the highlight of everyone’s trip and all our kids said they definitely want to do this next time we come back. Don’t hesitate, book this awesome experience!

Great family fun

The inflatable water park sounded really fun but we were a little under whelmed with what was actually available. The kayaking and paddle boarding was fun, although, a very small space they ask you to stay in while enjoying these activities. The crew were all fantastic, helpful, and friendly. 5⭐️Crew for sure!

<p>We had a blast on the banana boat and kayaking. The water was amazing, and jumping on the inflatable trampoline was really fun! We got to see a mom and baby dolphin swimming beside the boat.</p>
<p>We snorkeled and just swam in the water for an hour. The trip lasts for 3 and a half hours, so it’s well worth the price for everything you get to do. There is even a bartender on the boat that makes drinks for everyone. Wonderful excursion!</p>

<p>Yes, because it was so much fun, even in the rain. This trip is fun for all ages. There are too many things to do and see!</p>
