<p><strong>How to Redeem:</strong> Print this ticket or show the confirmation details from your mobile device for entry. Please have a valid ID with you to confirm your order if needed.</p>
<p><strong>Parking:</strong> Public parking is available at the Lagoon Motel located at 5915 North Lagoon Drive.  </p>
<p><strong>Departure Details:</strong> The pontoon rentals are launched from behind the Lagoon Motel located at 5915 N Lagoon Dr Panama City, FL 32408. North Lagoon Drive is accessible from Thomas Drive, across the street from Captain Anderson's. Please do not go to the Lighthouse marina location for pontoon boat rentals. Please arrive 45 minutes prior to departure time. This activity offers daily departures from March through October. Please allow at least one hour to complete the test. For any issues, please contact the provider, FUNPCB, at 850-235-8051.</p>
<p><strong>Boater's Test:</strong> A Temporary Florida Boater’s License is recommended and may be required for your activity! All drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, MUST obtain a license. Adults born BEFORE January 1, 1988, may operate a boat or personal watercraft without a Florida Boater License, so long as they have a valid driver’s license. However, in the interest of safety, we recommend that all drivers take the test and familiarize themselves with important boat safety rules. <p><strong>Gratuities:</strong> Although not required, it is appreciated and encouraged to tip your tour guide.</p>

Everything went well.  I  had 12 people on the pontoon for my 70th birthday to shell island.

If you’re looking to do something fun with family rent a pontoon a spend time at Shell Island sandbar.  We seen dolphins, my grandson caught a crab & some hermit crabs.  We had a BLAST!

Poor condition of boat. Moldy appearing seats,  Tears in seat cusions. Rotted  wood. Fuel gage didn't work. Cover to electrical equipment off. No speaker for radio.   Gate on front of boat missing, I never rented a boat in worse condition

Disappointed

We rented the basic Pontoon for a half day. The lady that checked us in was very nice! 
The gentleman that walked us through everything was very informative, showed us all the safety things, walked us through how the bot worked, showed all the areas on the map! 
Very great customer service!

Well 1st of all the day we had the pontoon rented it was major storms in the forecast for the whole entire day. Double red flag, noone was allowed in the water at all. I called and begged the place to give me a refund and because I called 23 hours in advance he would not budge. We had to go tonthe place during horrible downpours and lightning because he said they did not cancel for storms.  I argued and argued with him there just wanting a refund. Another man came and raised cane and he finally said we could reschedule for the next day. We were checking out the next day so we had no option. He said we could come back later that day but the storms were forecasted for all day. It quit raining abt 11 but the water was still ROUGH. My son is in law enforcement and he said he would take my teenager and her friend out for a little while as this was what they were looking forward to the most. They were able to stay 30 minutes because the water was coming over into the pontoon. This was totally unacceptable and a bad way to do people. I'm thinking abt talking to a lawyer to get my money back and to teach them a valuable lesson.  I am 0% satisfied with this and I'm gonna get my money back one way or another

We are sorry to hear you did not have a great experience. However our cancelation policy is 24 hour prior to your reservation. We keep a close eye on the weather and will never send customers out in bad conditions. However Panama City Beach is huge and could be raining in one spot and not the others.

<p>We will always remember the amazing adventure on the water in our pontoon boat! The feel of the saltwater splashing you in the face, the breeze from the ocean. We are taking home the beauty of the white sand and clear water in our memories and pictures. We were able to be our own tour guides and make our own timeline. We didn’t let the rain slow down our fun. We will always remember our first family vacation on the Florida Coast.</p>
