My son wanted to snorkel, and the park jetties were closed, so I Googled, “snorkeling,” and found TripShock. They had a great deal, so I booked the trip.

I was a little skeptical, because we have not tried this type of excursion. I’m so glad we did, because we had the best captain, and the best trip.

We chose this because my son wanted to snorkel, and the park snorkeling area was closed.

The harbor was only about 2 miles from our condo, so we drove.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

Captain Bob was friendly, funny, and knowledgeable about the history of Panama City and the beach area.

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

This was a wonderful experience for our family. Captain Bob made the experience fun. He was funny and knowledgeable, explaining the history of the beach area. He continually looked for dolphins, so we could have that close encounter.

He allowed us to decide whether we wanted to continue searching for dolphins, or find a snorkeling area. He even let my daughter wear his coat since she was sunburned and cold. This was really a wonderful trip, and Captain Bob made it special.

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

I would absolutely recommend this activity. If you enjoy boats, snorkeling, and watching dolphins, then you will love this activity.
