I found TripShock on Google when trying to find a private boat for snorkeling in Destin, FL.

We booked 2 days before.

Why did you choose this activity?

We were on a girls’ family trip! We wanted some time away from crowds where we could enjoy snorkeling in a more private setting, and see some sights you don’t get to see from the shore.

How did you get to the activity location?

We drove from Destin to Navarre Beach. It wasn’t too bad of a drive.

What was your experience with the activity’s staff?

Captain Michael was amazing. He let us drive and was very informative. He was also huge in safety and very nice!

Highlights or memories you and your group will take from the trip?

It was amazing to be able to spend a day in the sound away from the crowds. My mom and aunt are a little older, and it allowed us to have some time together as a family, without being in crowded areas while on vacation in Destin during the COVID pandemic. We took things slow, and found areas where it wasn’t too rough.

Being able to stop at sand bars where others couldn’t get to was so nice and peaceful. The slide and paddleboard were so fun to use on our stops. It was the most memorable day of the trip for all of us and well worth the money. I recommend 6 hours!

Would you recommend this activity to another group like yours? Why or why not?

We want to make this an annual trip, so we will defiantly be returning. Thank you!
