2015 Jumbo Gumbo & Bayou Best Cook-OffTest your gumbo against the best in Louisiana at the 2015 Louisiana Swamp Stomp Festival. On Saturday, March 21, join the Jumbo Gumbo & Bayou Best Cook-Off to see if your Gumbo can compete against local, regional, and out-of-state contestants. There is a $100 entry fee, and all funds raised will be used to offset the expenses of the Louisiana Swamp Stomp Festival and its free educational programs for the youth (K-12) of the area.
